“HappyOrNot’s Partner for the Middle East, Avventura, is joining the 19th addition of the Airport show at Za’abeel Halls 4 -6, Dubai World Trade Center, from the 29th of April till the 1st of May 2019.
The Airport Show combines two co-located events that features both Airport Security and the ATC (Air Traffic Control) forum to create an ideal platform for the Middle East, Africa, and Southern Asia’s aviation authorities, companies, and individuals to come together and collaborate on improving the global Aviation Industry.
Last year at the 2018 Airport Show, HappyOrNot together with Avventura, received an award in recognition of the ongoing innovation for Passenger Experience within the region for the Aviation Sector.
At the 2019 Airport Show, Kate Heath and Gina Costa have been given a speaking slot at the Innovation Hub on the topic:’The Customer First’ – How is innovation changing the customer experience within airports? How do airports understand where they have issues and how can they take the Customer Experience to the next level?
