Shiseido partners with HappyOrNot to capture the voice of Employees

13.12.19 – HappyOrNot, the recognized market leader in instant data feedback management systems, is today announcing its latest partnership with Shiseido.

Shiseido will be using the HappyOrNot Smiley Touch™ to provide actionable insights into Employee Experience and Event Experience. The real-time data collected will provide Shiseido staff e.g. minute-by-minute happiness breakdowns, and illustrate the highest and lowest satisfaction levels.

Shiseido will also be using HappyOrNot’s Reporting App, joining organizations such as the Heathrow Airport, JACK&JONES, Levi’s Strauss Stadium (home of the San Francisco 49ers), and Microsoft to monitor and view analytic data continuously on mobile devices.
