HappyOrNot Announces Zapier Integration To Improve Feedback Response Time

The Integration will allow customers to receive instant feedback notifications via their workplace communication tools

The global leader in micro-feedback, HappyOrNot, has today launched an integration with Zapier (www.zapier.com) – the AI-powered workflow software. The integration will allow companies to automate workflows and respond to feedback even faster, connecting data from HappyOrNot’s terminals with over 8,000 business applications (such as Slack, Salesforce, Teams etc.) alerting staff to negative feedback in minutes. The integration can also understand and respond to open feedback (such as text prompts), using HappyOrNot’s AI spotlight categorization to route it to the correct department automatically.

The introduction of automated workflow capabilities will enable companies to respond to customer feedback instantaneously, routing alerts and comments to the right teams at the right time, improving service quality and operational efficiency in the process.

HappyOrNot’s Zapier integration directs feedback via three key customizable events, dependent on customer preference:

  • Alert Routing: Automatically sends notifications to apps like Slack or Microsoft Teams when customer satisfaction scores drop, so that staff can respond immediately.
  • Open Feedback Forwarding: Automatically routes specific customer comments – based on both verbatim responses and HappyOrNot’s AI open feedback categories – directly to the right departments (such as HR or customer care), making sure feedback gets to the right teams instantly.
  • Button Feedback Notifications: Sends immediate alerts when customers give specific feedback, especially negative responses, so teams can fix problems before they get worse.

By reducing the response time to negative feedback, companies can improve their operational efficiency, drive customer retention and ultimately increase profit in the long term. Unlike other solutions that require custom integrations or coding support, HappyOrNot’s Zapier integration is plug-and-play and fully self-managed. It’s the only CX feedback solution that lets you route alerts, comments or button presses to thousands of business tools with no extra coding or IT support needed.

HappyOrNot CEO, Miika Mäkitalo comments: “At HappyOrNot, we are committed to listening to our customers and implementing features that will help them improve business performance. This integration will give businesses the upper hand by automatically turning feedback data into immediate action, eliminating manual workflows. By connecting HappyOrNot’s real-time feedback directly to the tools teams already use every day, we’re helping businesses respond to customer experience issues faster than ever before, ultimately creating better outcomes for both customers and operations.”

The Zapier integration is available to all HappyOrNot customers with API 2.0 at no extra cost. HappyOrNot’s implementation partner, Connex Digital, can handle setup for organizations that need additional support.

Andrés Berte, Head of Growth at Connex Digital comments: “Through our partnership with HappyOrNot, we can simplify the integration process for customers. Offering both free virtual tutorials as well as paid-for- services where required, we are ensuring companies can focus on what they do best, rather than figuring out the technical setup.”
