Your responsibility would be to develop and create a partnering network strategy, portfolio and program that supports HappyOrNot growth and planning needed for partner success in North America. Channel Manager has the best understanding of our Partners’ performance, activities, skills and value for HappyOrNot. Our partnering network is a growing network of 10+ independent companies who are selling our HappyOrNot service, often amongst other solutions and products. Therefore, both our job, and the main responsibility of this individual is to ensure that they are motivated to sell HappyOrNot and allocate enough time and resources to selling our services and deploying all the tools and information we provide and making sure partners understand and implement the products. The main metric of success is sales generated by our current and future partners. So we require an individual that has previous experience in Channel Sales as well as the appropriate skill, dedication and enthusiasm in all obstacles between our partners and their sales targets.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Meet monthly sales quota for territory via own reseller portfolio
  • Build Business Plan for reseller success
  • Establish targets, quotas, goals to ensure reseller success
  • Manage new and existing resellers according to Business Plan to increase HappyOrNot sales
  • Identify, recruit and on-board new resellers to build business
  • Develop strategy to meet goals and explore new business opportunities
  • Responsible for assigned channels´ forecasting and to make sure the healthy pipeline and leads, opportunities and orders are diligently maintained and managed in SFDC
  • Continuously educate resellers on HappyOrNot offering and customer value
  • Work with resellers to conduct the HappyOrNot solution presentations to customers
  • Implement HappyOrNot Reseller Program, sales campaigns and promotions
  • Conduct weekly meetings and business review with resellers and recommend improvements
  • Manage positive relationship with resellers with excellent customer service
  • Monitor sales and operational results based on KPIs and report and present those to management
  • Maintain high reseller satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Business with own reseller portfolio is lucrative
  • Recruit resellers within assigned territory

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Passion towards delivering engaging and valuable customer communication that makes an impact
  • Ideally 3+ years relevant experience in content development in a commercial environment
  • Specific knowledge of country and selling practices
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Multi-Lingual, according to common languages in territory, preferred
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Attend development training seminars and workshops as needed to maintain current knowledge of best practices
  • Experience with customer communication and/or marketing automation programs is a big advantage
  • An outstanding capability to transform a concept into a deliverable that is visually and textually easy to understand, and the ability to brief our visual coordinator to produce the ideas
  • The ability to analyze communication programs efficiently and effectively
  • High attention to detail and good organizational and time-management skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated and team player attitude with innovative ideas
  • To be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to experiment and drive change, fail fast, learn and improve
  • A strong ambition and an entrepreneurial mind-set, and a passion towards your work, growth, and self-development
