Holiday greetings from HappyOrNot

We’re sure you can agree – 2021 went by in the blink of an eye. While the world is still healing, people are steadily pushing forward and embracing the new ways of working and living, and business is gradually returning, we are very excited about hitting 2022 with a strong note. As 2021 draws to a close, let’s celebrate achievements from this past year and share where we’re headed next. 

Highlights from this year 

Our brand refresh 

You’ve probably noticed (if not, take a look!) that we launched our refreshed brand in Q3. From the refined appearance of our Smileys and Logo, to an improved look & feel and focused messaging, the new brand appearance will continue its roll out across all our touchpoints.  

New features and functionalities 

New Surveys tool in Admin, comparing performance against targets in Quick View, and our latest premium feature Foresights to predict future performance and fix issues before they become a bigger problem. 

Boosting customer success 

We remodeled our Help Center (formerly the Customer Community), and did an overhaul of our Handbook based on our customer’s feedback to deliver improved materials and an enhanced user experience. 

What’s on the agenda in 2022 

Our focus is our customers! We are continuing to innovate and deliver the best possible solution that enables companies to improve operations by unlocking insights from customer feedback. 

The HappyOrNot solution 

We plan to enhance the reach, depth, and use of our solution. This will be done by delivering rich industry datasets, easy-to-use touch points, and scalable and adaptable products with flexibility that supports managing business and operational challenges. And this, as always, without compromise to the actionable insights that are verifiable to the bottom line and business goals. 

HappyOrNot Success services

Next up is to continue developing the Handbook to make it even more useful to our customers’ needs. Coming early next year, we’ll start releasing exciting new materials and assets, such as new tutorials, training materials, videos, and more!  

Giving back  

This year, we wanted to give back to those in need with two acts of kindness:  

  1. To support the fight against Covid-19 and help those who are disadvantaged to fight for themselves, we have donated to the UNICEF Covid vaccination program in developing countries. 
  2. We have donated to “Lift the spirits of hungry friends by giving 2x the meals this Christmas”. This program matches donations dollar-for-dollar to feed children, women, and men experiencing homelessness in Broward County, Miami, Florida, and our donation of 400 meals has been matched to provide 800 meals.
