Cerenity Senior Care Gathers Residents’ Feedback to Ensure High Quality Care

With continuous effort to improve senior living programs and quality of care, Cerenity Senior Care launched HappyOrNot® Customer and Employee Satisfaction Service. The Smiley Terminals placed in Media, Cafeteria and Guest Services areas allow residents to offer their opinion on programs and service offered. A question such as “Please Rate Your Experience Today” is easily answered by residents with a press of a button. Four buttons with smiley faces ranging from Very Happy to Not Happy are colorful and easy to press, inviting residents to anonymously provide feedback on their satisfaction level.
