Georgia Bulldogs Aspire to Win On and Off the Field
Season Opener kicks off with new Smiley Terminals to help keep fans Happy!
West Palm Beach, Florida: Fans attending this week’s season opener at Sanford Stadium will be the first to try their hand at providing instant satisfaction feedback to the University of Georgia Athletic Association (UGAA) through the newly installed innovative HappyOrNot™ terminals.
With a simple touch of a button, Fans will rate their experience in key areas of the facility including concessions and restrooms. Satisfaction ratings will take the shape of Smileys depicted on HappyOrNot Terminals and provide measurable and actionable feedback. The UGAA will be able to pinpoint specific locations requiring attention as well as compare reviews of all designated areas on the 100 level where the terminals are located.
“The HappyOrNot terminals will provide us with data points to help us better monitor and improve our operations,” explained Georgia’s Deputy Athletic Director for Operations, Josh Brooks. “The near real-time nature of the technology will allow our team to physically go to that particular stand or restroom, determine the cause of the problem and correct it faster than ever before.”
Georgia became the first NCAA school to implement this system at an athletic facility when the terminals made their debut at Foley Field during the 2018 baseball season. Following their successful implementation, they are being rolled out at the much larger, Sanford Stadium.
