Channel Manager is responsible for creating a partner strategy, portfolio and program that supports HappyOrNot growth and planning needed support for partner resellers. Channel Manager has the best understanding of our Partners’ performance, activities, skills and value for HappyOrNot. Channel Manager is responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies globally and in different countries together with Sales Directors and Marketing. Channel Manager is the key player in ensuring the partner booking targets will be achieved. The role also develops HappyOrNot processes related to cooperation with Partners. Channel Manager is consultant, coach, analyst and a strategic partner for Sales Management and Marketing.
